1. General Information

By booking a massage with Equilibrium Mobile Massage, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Our services are strictly professional, focusing on therapeutic massage for relaxation and well-being.

2. Who We Serve
 

  • We provide mobile massage services exclusively for females and couples.

  • We do not offer massage services to individual male clients, unless booked as part of a couple’s session.


3. Preparing for Your Treatment

To get the most from your session, please:
✅ Stay hydrated – drinking water before and after the massage helps with toxin elimination.
✅ Wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to slip on and off.
✅ Avoid eating a heavy meal before your massage.
✅ Take a shower beforehand to feel relaxed and refreshed.
✅ Ensure there is sufficient space for the massage table and therapist to work comfortably.
✅ Be in a calm and comfortable environment for your home visit massage.

4. Professional Boundaries
 

  • Our services are strictly therapeutic.

  • We do not offer adult services.

  • Any inappropriate behaviour, sexual requests, or harassment will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment due.


5. Booking & Payment
 

  • Advance booking is required to secure an appointment.

  • Payment must be made before or at the start of the treatment.

  • We accept cash, bank transfers, or online payments.


6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
 

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge.

  • If we arrive for your appointment and you are not present, the full treatment fee will be charged.


7. Health & Medical Considerations
 

  • If you have any medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, injuries, skin conditions, recent surgery), please inform us before your treatment.

  • If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.


8. Therapist Safety & Right to Refuse Service

Our therapist has the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if:

  • A client displays inappropriate behaviour.

  • The therapist feels unsafe or uncomfortable.

  • The client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • There is a health or hygiene concern that prevents the treatment.

  • There is not enough space to perform the massage safely and comfortably.


9. Liability Disclaimer
 

  • Equilibrium Mobile Massage is not liable for any pre-existing health conditions or injuries that may be affected by massage therapy.

  • By booking a massage, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions that may impact the treatment.

Massage Terms & Conditions
 

  1. Mobile Phones & Distractions:

    • Clients are requested to turn off their mobile phones during the session to ensure optimal relaxation.

  2. Jewelry & Attire:

    • Clients must remove any jewelry before the massage session.

  3. Preparation for Treatment:

    • Clients should have two large towels ready for their session.

    • It is advised to drink plenty of water before and after the treatment.

  4. Consultation & Health Considerations:

    • Every client will have a consultation before treatment to discuss their session and any health concerns.

    • If any health condition arises after the consultation, clients must notify the therapist before proceeding with further sessions.

  5. Cancellation Policy:

    • If a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum notice period of 24 hours is required.

    • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

  6. Medical Disclaimer:

    • The massage therapist does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatment.

    • The massage session is not a substitute for medical advice.
